The trailer is in excellent condition with non-smoking owners. Our EVO has only been used 4 times for local California camping with less than 500 miles driven. The trailer has always been covered with a top of the line $500 Elements All Climate RV Cover and has a $3500 Hensley Arrow Sway Control System Hitch and 4 person locking bike rack. The EVO 2850 travel trailer offers a large single slide and rear bunk house. Enter the front entrance, to the right there is a front bedroom with a Queen bed and wardrobes on either side of bed. The main living area offers a large slide with a sofa and a U-Dinette. Along the front of the living area is an entertainment center for easy viewing from the kitchen and living room. You will also find a double kitchen sink, three burner range, microwave, refrigerator, pantry, and wardrobe on the other side of the trailer. When you enter the rear bathroom you will find a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a private entry/exit door in the bathroom from the outside with outdoor shower. The rear bunk house has a set of double beds includes a built in ladder. Our loss is your gain on getting a practically brand new trailer with $8000 worth of additional accessories included in the price. This is a great bargain that sleeps 8-10 comfortably. We are taking a loss on this wonderful RV and are only asking what we owe which is $21,000.
