2014 Used Forest River FR3 25DS Class A in Illinois, IL. Roadmaster rear sway bar upgrade. Roadmaster steering stabilizer upgrade. Leveler system is experiencing some issues. I'm told the control panel should be replaced ($300). The rear left side has slight damage from another RV bumping into it. Interior lighting is upgraded to all LED. All three roof vents have max air vent covers installed. The a/c unit on the roof is brand new due to warranty replacement. Some of the cheap interior molding is flaking (known issue in these). Our seats have some kitten claw marks in them as well.
This is priced to discount the known issues I have explained above. If you replaced all these items the price would still be below it's estimated value.
Oil was just changed at 10,700 miles.
