2014 Used Forest River ROCKWOOD MINI LITE 2304 Travel Trailer in California, CA. Our 2014 Rockwood Mini Lite 2304 travel trailer by Forest River is a well equipped and in brand new condition. It has been well maintained and kept in a covered storage lot since it was first purchased. We are only selling it so we can purchase a new one that our large Lab “fur child” likes better. We are asking $13,500, which is less than the NADA “blue book” price. The 2304’s length is 23’9” rear bumper to front of hitch. It weighs 3756 pounds empty and the cargo capacity is an additional 1133 pounds for a gross fully loaded weight of 5326 pounds. The fresh water tank is 36 gallons, gray and black water are 30 gallons each. The exterior has an electric awning with adjustable rain dump and LED lighting, power tongue jack storage, dual propane tanks, ladder, aluminum wheels, shower, bar-b-q, spare tire ad cover, and 13,500 BTU ducted air conditioner.  When you enter the travel trailer, to the left there is a dinette area that converts to a bed for two. There is an entertainment center above the dinette. The entertainment center includes a flat screen TV, AM/FM radio, CD, DVD with 4 speakers inside and 2 outside, individually controlled. In the rear you will find the bathroom with a large shower, linen cabinet, toilet, wardrobe, sink, and medicine cabinet. In the kitchen area there is a pantry, 2 way refrigerator, three-burner range, microwave, double kitchen sink and flip-up counter and large pantry. The front bedroom offers a queen murphy bed with flip-up storage and wardrobes on either side of the bed. There are plenty of overhead cabinets throughout the travel trailer as well as two electric fans.
