Moved 5 times only, 3x to the FL Keys, 2x to Central Florida. Properly stored with cover ($450 upgrade) for weather protection see pictures. No mold, no leaks, no tearing in canvas. One owner. Everything works. I purchased all available upgrades, cherry cabinets, power tongue hitch, alloy wheels, spare tire, air mattress in leather sleeping sofa (not jack knife sofa), outside grill, dark out shades, heated mattress. No out of towners games (scammers with fake paypal, etc.), no price games. I purchased it for over $24K (plus tax) summer 2014 with $5K D/P, selling for what I owe ($16500)
