Really comfortable Rig! 12 V deep cycle battery, Cherry wood cabinets, Tinted windows, Microwave, Platinum package includes; Wood look floors, Minimal Carpet (in good shape), Power awnings, Power stabilizers, Spare tire w/cover, Aluminum wheels, Outdoor speaker, Propane Grill hookup, Fiber glass exterior w/Gel coat finish, 2 Fantastic fans (Kitchen and BR), Ceiling fan, Raised panel Fridge/Freezer, 15k BTU ducted AC, Solid countertops, Free standing table and chairs, Carbon monoxide detector, Water Purifier, LCD Tv, Exterior Shower, Roof vent cover.
I am including;Â Rear Mounted Hose Holder, Spare water pump, Reese Hitch, NuWave oven, Telescoping Ladder (rig does not have a built in ladder), Camco bug screens (no bugs!), 2 Camco vent insulator pillows, Camco tire protectors/covers, wire shelving in cupboards, and various spare hose parts in some tupperware.
This has been my weekend retreat and base of operations while my house is being built. My husband and I, plus our dog stayed comfortably inside. It was delivered here and has only been driven down the road once for inspection..which is no longer current. It has an upgraded Serta Mattress that we used with a topper. The couch is still functional/comfortable but was probably one that should have been recalled...The vinyl is flaking. There is minor damage on the drivers side front corner....yes, I backed a turn too tight.
Considering all of the extras included, I'm pretty firm on the price.
