2014 Used Forest River ROCKWOOD ULTRA LITE 8311SS Travel Trailer in Maryland, MD. 2014  Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8311SS - Like new unit used only a few times listed well below NADA book value of ~$29k (without the ProPride hitch and other upgrades accounted for). 

First and foremost, there is next to zero camper sway with this unit due to its new ProPride Hitch.  You get the best of both worlds, use of your truck bid and a fifth wheel towing experience.  Only the tow vehicle can initiate a turn with this hitch.  Do your research on it.  I am willing to entertain a slightly lower price without this hitch included.  Even used, these items sell for close to ~$2k.  I'll include this with the camper for $1k ($20.5k w/ and $19.5K w/o)

This unit is fully loaded from the master bedroom to the bunk house.  The kids have their own bunkhouse with 3 bunks and a couch that folds out to a double bed.  The living area is large and has upgraded wood panel fridge and solid surface countertops.  No shown is the countertop extension that goes next to the solid surface sink. You can make gourmet meals in this kitchen. Additionally, the living room couch can fold out to a double bed and the dinette convert to a queen bed.

The bathroom is rather large and has its own exterior entrance for those times when you don't the family and running through the camper just to use the bathroom or need that additional storage space that is accessible while traveling.

There is a larger TV in the living room and a smaller one in the master b-room (this one can easily be used outside with the mount and cable outlets already installed on the side of the unit). The entertainment system has 3 rooms for speakers, living room, master bedroom and exterior speakers.  The system does everything from DVD, CD, radio, TV to even Bluetooth.

The outside makes outdoor living more enjoyable with two powered awnings, outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink and stove, 2 burner stove and a gas grill.  Additionally there is a TV mount that allows for the master b-room TV to be used outside.

In the rear, you have a ladder to the woof where you can hang towels from the included drying rack after you use the outdoor shower.

From a looks perspective, it has aluminum wheels, awnings on the slide outs and smooth side walls.  It even has a bike rack mount on the front so you can load bikes on the tongue of the trailer leaving more room in the bed of the truck for other things. Additionally, we just filled the propane tanks and upgraded the trailer tires earlier this year. 

Set up is super easy with super simple powered scissor jacks and upgraded front powered jack w/ coach light.
