This RV is freaking AWESOME!! It is a very clean and well-maintained RV travel trailer.  We are very meticulous about keeping the RV clean and well maintained.  If you’re looking for an RV that has been handled with tender loving care, this may be the one for you!  This unit has a cover on it when stored and was recently waxed when put up for the winter. Four new tires were purchased last summer (we have the paperwork) and a new battery was put in this past November.  The RV cover (a $300 value) will come with the trailer however, the wheel covers will not.  Also, we upgraded the standard 32” TV to a 42” HDTV. Note: there is some minor damage to the outside ladder towards the top of the RV.
