This RV is right in the used sweet spot, old enough to take the sticker price down but young enough to have plenty of years left to enjoy. Selling a great 30ft bunkhouse RV for family camping trips, we added aftermarket tank heaters and tank insulation so camping in colder weather is an option without having your tanks freeze. This unit has a 12.5 electric slide out and electric stabilizer jacks all around, kept super clean. Even has a remote for the awning, jacks and lights. Replaced all the interior bulbs with LED lights. We replaced the bad stock mattress with a nice 3 layer foam mattress as well. Original base price was $25k, still have the original dealer invoice.
Also selling a R3 Recurve Distribution Hitch that I used to pull it for $200, works awesome but I won't need it anymore. It's already setup for the RV.
