If you are planning on buying a nice new motor home you might want to think twice about it unless you have thousands of dollars you don't mind throwing away. My wife and I bought this 2014 Forest River thirty-one footer new for $112,000 and now we have it on the market for $72,000; you do the math. All systems, appliances and equipment are like they were when new. Plus there are many extras such as portable solar panels, 30 amp surge protector, catalytic heater and more. Forest River manufactures some of the best quality RVs on the market and the company is owned by Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway. The only reason my wife and I are selling this wonderful motor home (we've had four Class Cs) is because we purchased a small house in Portland OR where we've been spending our summers. I am so confident about the condition, quality, reliability, and maintainability of our RV I am willing to provide you the buyer with a 90 day warranty.
