 We bought this new from Lazy Days in Tucson when we retired and have since taken four annual 3-4 month trips across the country as well as a couple of smaller trips to California.  We have completed our planned trips and now it’s time for someone else to enjoy this great RV.  We have taken very good care of it and have had it serviced annually (Gold Service) at the dealership.  For the winter we stored it winterized and covered at our home. It has never been smoked in and we have no pets.  The tires are E-series 15” and are one year old. This last summer we had new 5- leaf springs installed, new brakes and replaced the complete lift system.  All work receipts will go with the trailer.   This fifth-wheel, with all the accessories included, makes it a great ready-to-go package for a new-to-camping owner.  If interested:  The tow vehicle is for sale as well.  It is a 2014 Chevrolet 3500 SRW 1-ton Crew Cab, Long Bed, 4x4, Turbo Diesel/Allison Trans; exterior color is Mocha with the tan leather interior.  It comes with a B&W Companion hitch with a Blue Ox Bed Saver both of which can be easily removed (completely, no rails) for a clean bed.  Includes a bed mounted tool box.  The truck has 72,000 miles and has been serviced every 5,000 miles at O’Rielly Chevrolet when home; and always at a certified Chevrolet Dealer while on the road.  All service records are available and will go with the truck. Never smoked in and never in an accident.  I will not sell the truck separately until the trailer is sold.  $43K
