2014 Used Jayco JAY FLIGHT 26BH Travel Trailer in Alabama, AL

2014 Used Jayco JAY FLIGHT 26BH Travel Trailer in Alabama, AL. Everything is working great and has minimal use.  The battery is been discharged so I will replace it before you pick it up.

The Electrical cable is a 30A cord.
The AC is a 13,500 BTU system with ducts to all compartments in the cabin.
There is also a furnace that has ducts in through the floor.
There is no carpet as you can see, this helps keep it clean and odor free.
The inside of the camper is in pristine condition. Very clean with no odors.
The oven is gas, the stove is gas, the fridge and freezer are gas or electric.
It also has an auto switching function so that it will switch to electric once power is available. The water heater is also gas and electric.
There is a tank level monitoring panel for the black, gray, and fresh water tanks.
A 27" tv with HD antenna for rainy days along with a DVD player and 3 area sound system. 1 in the galley, one in the master room, and one outside under the awning.
All areas can be turned on or off independently.
The tires are still in great condition with lots a tread.
A spare tire is included on the back bumper.
A ladder on the back allows access to the roof for maintenance purposes.
There is also a gas grill included with gas piped to the back bumper where there is an attachment for the grill.
On the hookup side is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
