2014 Used Jayco REDHAWK 26XS Class C in Massachusetts, MA. This is a Sothern California RV!!! Hasn't spent a life surviving through harsh winters. Never stored for long periods and left to deteriorate. It still in like new condition. I am only the second owner and looking to sell after moving to New England. Lots of extras included.

All scheduled maintenance has been performed meticulously. Down to the regular application of silicon spray to all the rubber gaskets to include the exterior storage compartments and windows. Lithium grease on the slide. Washed regularly. RV has been waxed yearly since new and it was last detailed and waxed June of 2017.

Optima dry cell deep cycle house battery installed. These batteries provide superior performance and are virtually indestructible. New chassis battery installed 02/17

400 watt inverter. Watch the TV from battery power while driving.

Central ducted heat and air conditioning.

30 Amp/ 4000 watt Onan Generator. (260 total hours) First scheduled oil change performed at the manufacture 150 hour oil change interval. Its barely broken in. New voltage regulator installed 05/16.

OEM holding tank heating pads for all three tanks for when temps drop below freezing. No frozen holding tanks. Included is a freeze ban heated fresh water hose so you can have running water when its below freezing outside.

6 gallon dual electric/gas Atwood water heater. Hot shower ready water in 15 minutes.

Built-in Black tank flush. This is a MUST! If you are looking at an RV that doesn't include a built in black tank flusher move on. Think of not having one as trying to flush a toilet with no water.

Kobalt, 120 VAC 3 gallon air compressor included. The most common problem that causes accidents or damage to RV's is tire failure due to low tire pressure.
