Same as New!! Â We purchased it new in Jan. 2015 for my 83 year old mom to stay in when visiting the grand kids in the summer. It has been parked on my daughters property and never moved. Mom slept in the camper a total of a dozen times over the last three years. It was never moved from this location and never used by our family for camping so it is in mint condition. Â Mom is making plans to move near us so she said sell it.
