Otherwise, unit is like new. Queen bedroom up front with under bed storage and 2 wardrobes, pull out couch, dinette that coverts to bed, rear bunkhouse is great for kids. Lounge cubes (sleeps 2) with upper single bunk (sleeps 1). Entertainement center with tv and clothing storage with upper bunk (sleeps 1 or 2 smaller kids). Shower with small tub in bathroom and door to outside. Convenient for outside kid traffic. This unit has two slides that give a ton of room inside. Both slides have awnings over them to stop debris from ruining your slides. Outside kitchen has, sink, 2 burners, mini fridge and tv. This is a great unit for families! Delivery for a fee is an option
