Fridge and water heater run off propane or electric which is convenient along with generator controlled from inside unit. The furnace and AC control extremely cold and hot temperatures well and efficiently. Has toy lok to protect your a tvs and bikes when you leave them outside and the garage area has a full screen wall to allow fresh air in while keeping insects and stuff outside when garage door left down. A wonderful unit but we are getting a smaller one as our two oldest kids do not go very often.
