2014 Used Keystone PASSPORT 31RE Travel Trailer in New Jersey, NJ. I am selling my 2014 Keystone Passport 31RE. It is located at Costa Trailer Court in Lodi, NJ and is connected to all utilities (electricity, municipal fresh water, and sewer). It has a permanent street address and may be utilized as a full-time residence, provided that you are approved for residency by the owner of Costa Trailer Court and are willing to pay $525.00 per month to rent the space (plus electricity). It is fully mobile and can be disconnected and towed away if you wish to use it elsewhere in a more "traditional" RV application. The unit has no leaks, comes with all original fully functional equipment (as well as significant upgrades, which I detail below), and is in good shape. By "good" I mean that everything is functional but there may be minor scuffs and blemishes in certain areas, interior and exterior.
