We purchased the trailer new... No kids, NON SMOKERS, and have no pets. We have only used the unit 5 times! The trailer is absolutely immaculate, and smells like brand new!! It is a "Four Seasons" coach. It has thicker walls, and more insulation than your standard travel trailer. Some of the features include: All aluminum construction, "Half Ton" series... This unit was designed to be towed by a half ton pickup. It has Faux wood floors, 2 flat screen TV's, gas 3 burner stove, microwave, and oven... Sleeps (6) if you utilize all of the possible sleeping areas. Queen bed in bedroom, sofa sleeper, and the "Horseshoe dinette" turns into a bed if need be. There is a surround sound system with DVD/CD player in the main living area, and a TV with built in DVD mounted in the bedroom. It has an extra large refrigerator, and nice size freezer. I am 6ft 2" tall, and fit in the
5th wheel style "corner shower" with no issues at all. It is also equipped with: Solar panel on the roof, outside shower, power tongue jack, power stabilizers, power awning, power slide out, automotive grade tires, not the cheap junk that you find on most travel trailers. It also has shocks for a smooth ride, so your things don't get bounced around while you travel. Most pull behind travel trailers do not have shock absorbers. The slide out, exterior lights, awning, and stabilizers can all be controlled via remote control!!! Very nice feature! I will include the weight distribution hitch with sway control in the purchase. You will have everything you need to start camping right away! You will not find a cleaner unit! It has always been stored in a covered storage facility. Unfortunately we must sell due to divorce.
