With this package comes all the tools needed, and so many upgrades it is hard to list them all. It has surround sound, TV, entertainment system, radio, bluetooth, PS4, games, Antennae to capture cable and channels with Comcast box installed, Strong AC, heater, stove, cook top, mocrowave, sink, wet bathroom, storage for days, Queen sized bed, fold out comfortable couch, break down table, fridge, freezer, propane tanks and storage, and all tools needed to work on the unit as needed. It also has a ceiling fan and second opening roof compartment. I have locks and chains for the generator, door, and everything else. It is honestly a 'bug out' shelter- if youre a vet like me you will know what that means. Black, gray, and water tanks are all clean (never used).
