2014 Used Prime Time LACROSSE 327RES Travel Trailer in Texas, TX. Like new!! 2014 lacrosse 327res this is considered a resendital model and set up for long term living. Has 3 slides, electric fireplace flat screen television in living room. Sleeps four. Lane leather living room furniture. 3 burner stove, residential dining table, double door fridge. Beautiful wood tones throughout. Great for retired couple or someone looking to have some fun either living in full time or weekend getaway. We have only used about 6 times since purchase brand new, only twice at campground so only two road trips other than to dealer for warranty work. Has two new AC units and new vinyl flooring in kitchen from December of 2016. Currently has 4 years left on bumper to bumper extended warranty. Everything in the camper works as it should being hardly used and under warranty. We are asking payoff. Camper is in excellent condition otherwise. Almost like new!! Payoff is $28,000 or may consider owner financing with fat down payment at least $500 a month with you getting insurance and keeping registration current. Would rather just sell outright honestly!
