This is a 2014 ONE OWNER Thor Tuscany 40 EX XTE with just about every option that was avaiable for this model.This is built on the frightliner chassis and is powered with a 360 Cumms engine, 10K hitch on rear and has alot of power Miles are very low at 26,400. Well cared for and this still smells new. The coach has been well maintain since new.We have No pets nor do we smoke or do heavy cooking. This motor home is in excellant condition and the best floor plan out there. Having a bath in a half and its light fall colors it feels warm and very confortable the minute you enter the front door.Just to mention some great features, 3 slides outs and one of them are the full wall slide, This really opens the floor plan up.  The half of bath is great for the extra guest or in our case, (his bathroom)  Washer and dryer stacked and a large pull out pantry. King bed with a pillow top mattress and another TV in this bedroom with Blue ray player and a DVD. The rear bathroom is very spacious and will accommodate both of us at one time. Stand up shower, polish porcelains with both water savers. 
Lots of storage inside and out. The dual ACs are up graded to 15 BTUs with built in heat pumps. 
Up in the cock pit you will love the comfort of the drive, everything from both powered leater seats, to step cover that is powered, back up camera with side views, ajustable steering whhel to Auto Leveling jacks, Touch screen Dash radio that is equipped with Nav, Blue tooth, the list goes on.
