2014 Used Tiffin Motorhomes PHAETON 40QBH Class A in Washington, WA. This motorhome has a REBUILT TITLE. It was in a building that caught on fire. It was driven out before any major damage accured. There were some blisters on the roof and two of the vent and AC covers were warped. I took it to one of the best fiberglass shops on the west coast and had the blisters repaired and the entire top repainted with marine grade gel coat. There is absolutely no damage left or any indication it was ever near a fire. The outside is in perfect condition and the inside is also like new and has no smoke smell or any other problems. It should not have a rebuilt title because the repairs were only $6000 but the insurance company screwed up and did not take it to the right places to get it looked at so it was "totalled" and therefore has a WA state rebuilt title..Â
I have the paperwork from the place that did the work and a letter from them describing what they did and why.
It has only 12600 miles, a ton of options including heated floors, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, fireplace, 10K diesel gen set with only 76 hours, exterior LCD TV, auto satellite, central vac, 4 slides, full size fridge and many more things.
It is in absolutle mint condition and will make a great motorhome for someone. We have a clear WA state (rebuilt branded) title with no bank loan on it. If it did not have the rebuilt brand on the title we would have it priced around 225K. I guarentee its one of the nicest Tiffin used 40 QBH motorhomes in the country.
We are absolutely firm on price but would be open to a part trade for a Haas CNC lathe or other fabrication equipment. (Plasma cutting table, press brake, hyd shear, etc) We are selling it to start our own business.
