Coach has 12612 miles on it, Gen set 78hrs, interior and exterior are in mint cond.Â
It was involved in a building fire when in storage. The top was slightly blistered ( the roof of the building it was in storage in is what burned, it was driven out of the building before the fire got to it. The damage was from heat.) and the insurance company totalled it to take care of the customer. THEREFORE IT HAS A REBUILT TITLE....... It has been repaired by one of the top fiberglass shops in the country and is good as new. It only had very slight blisters, a few of the vent covers were melted slightly and two of the AC covers were warped. All that has been replaced and the entire roof recoated. During the repairs they also looked in the walls and roof with bore scope cameras to inspect for any hidden heat damage and found none. There is absolutely NO SMOKE/FIRE DAMAGE or smell anywhere inside or out. It still smells factory new inside.
If you dont know about rebuilt titles and the problems they bring PLEASE do some research before calling or e-mailing me. They are harder to get financed, (alot of banks wont even touch them), insurance is harder to find and resale value is less. Those are just a few problems rebuilt titles bring....
Our price is FIRM. DO NOT CALL OR CONTACT ME IF YOU WANT TO DISCUSS A LOWER PRICE. Its a mint condition Phaeton and the only issue it has is the rebuilt title. If it does not sell at this price we have decided to keep it.
