2015 Used Coachmen CHAPARRAL 360IBL Fifth Wheel in California, CA. We are selling our 2015 Coachman Chaparral 360IBL bunkhouse 5th wheel with polar package.  This a great floorplan as you have the still have the large living area in the rear of the trailer and the bunkroom is in the middle. This is a great family trailer and we purchased the 5th wheel brand new in Dec of 2014. We purchased it thinking we would keep it for a long time but fortunately we haven't been using it enough to justify keeping it and would like to sell it to fund house projects. Since we were planning to keep it a while we upgraded a few things like awning covers on all four slides ($2,000), Maxxfan vent fans in the master bedroom and the main room with remotes, and I built a stabilizing setup across the front electric jacks which almost eliminates all sway. The 5th wheel has four slide-outs. There are two opposing slide-outs at the rear of the trailer where the kitchen and family room are, one slide-out in the middle bunkroom, and a slide-out in the master bedroom. The 5th wheel is fairly light for a 40' trailer and has a dry weight of 11,630 lbs and has a gross weight of under 15,000 lbs. The tires are in great shape and have very little use. The trailer is very clean and everything works as it should (could use a new battery if dry camping).  We also have a brand new cover that has never been used.
