Was built new for us in October 2015. This might be the cleanest "used" travel trailer in the country as it has only been used 3-4 times since purchased and it is kept in pristine condition. There is less than 1,000 miles travel on the unit. New PA inspection was performed in March, 2017. We are Non-Smokers. We've had 3 tow behind travel trailers and this one is, by far, the best towing and most comfortable one we've ever owned. We hate to see it go but we just purchased a lake house and will not be using the unit at all in the foreseeable future. Was over $27,000 when purchased new. Hardly used since and still in virtually brand new condition. Asking $22,000 OBO. Can include weight distributing hitch and anti-sway bar if needed.
