2015 Used Dutchmen AEROLITE 326BHSL Travel Trailer in Florida, FL. 2015 Dutchman Aerolite 20th anniversary 326BHSL travel trailer. Unit is extremely clean, only used approximately 10 times, local trips (within 100 miles). Unit has a king bed in the master suite, a king bed in the rear bedroom, pull out bed on the couch within the living room, dining table converts to a small bed, two bunk beds, and a pull out twin bed. It sleeps 11 people (adults)! There are three sildeouts, two refrigerators, a full bathroom, two air conditioning units (1-15,000 BTU Ducted and 1-13,500 non ducted, ice cold). I custom built this unit in 2015 with all the options to include upgraded counter tops. I have since upgraded the window blinds to Bali blackout blinds ($1500 upgrade). There are three Vizo 32inch LCD televisions mounted in the unit (I am willing to remove them or leave them based on final price). Unit has a 6 gal hot water heater (electric or gas). The unit has a heating system that works of the propane system. There is an external propane hookup on the rear of the unit for an exterior grill. The Unit runs on a 50-amp service. The unit is equipped with an electric awning with LED lights. The tongue jack is electric with a built in light. This unit under belly is enclosed to protect all the external tanks from the elements. I will include a brand new cover and wheel covers for the unit. It has the upgraded wheels and the tires are in great shape. The unit has brakes on every axle. It will come with two 30 LBS propane tanks and one battery (with a kill switch). Unit has a 10-year shell warranty from the manufacture. Sway bar and sway bar brake system will be sold with the unit (Reese Brand). This unit has never been up North other than being built there. There are no issues with this unit, I am currently upgrading to a Toy Hauler. I hate to sell, but need something with a garage. You will not find a better unit. I am meticulous about my toys.
