Extra Amenities we added-We removed the seats and table in the toy hauler and carpeted the floor.  We built a bed on the seat frame. This makes 2 King Size beds on the Happi-Jac Power system.  The beds can move up and down with the push of a button. Works great to be able to move them up during the day.  (We still have the folding seats in storage, that we removed, if buyer is interested in them.)We had custom built cabinets made that we installed in the toy hauler.  This provides a lot of storage for our 5 kids’ clothes, toys, and school stuff.  We are NOT including the cabinets in the toyhauler in the sale of the RV - just making a note of it so you have an idea of what we used for storage space.We have a Splendide washer and vented dryer combo.  It currently is having an issue with the lock sensor.  We are including it with the sale of the RV. Buyer can decide if they want to fix it or get another one.  
We installed a dryer vent hookup so as to be able to use a vented dryer.  Huge benefit as the laundry drys much quicker with a vented dryer versus one that is not vented.
We also had MORyde factory installed suspension and Disc brakes installed around Oct 2016
MORryde Independent Suspension installed on all three axles.  
Disc brakes installed.  
We had 6 brand new tires put on as well during the install
