2015 Used Forest River FR3 30DS Class A in Ohio, OH

2015 Used Forest River FR3 30DS Class A in Ohio, OH. Bought new 3/21/2015. We have incurred health problems making it impossible to travel. We have maintained the unit well and have all records. We have not had an accident. We have clear title. 
The unit is 31'10" long, 8'4" wide, 12'2" high. Sleeps a total of 8 with king size bed in bedroom with slide out, the hide-a-bed has two retractable foot rests, a power bunk above the driver and passenger seats. The water tanks include a heat wrap for winter safety. 
The A/C unit is centered and the furnace is 35000 BTU and they operate through a duct system throughout the coach. It has automatic levelers.
Everything is in working condition.
Unfortunately, we have only been able to use it a few times, but found it very comfortable.
