2015 Used Forest River R-POD 178 Travel Trailer in Colorado, CO. 1 owner, well cared for, RPod M-178 model. It has been a terrific unit. This tows like there’s nothing in back of my F150. Basic dimensions are: 20 foot overall length, 2535 pounds dry weight, 20lb. propane tank, 12V battery, sleeps 4. I upgraded the mattress to a full coil Denver Mattress. The front dinette converts into a bed.  Extensive front and rear storage. Slide out kitchen has a 2 burner stove top, convection microwave, 3 way refrigerator/freezer and porcelain sink. Wet bath with 3 speed fantastic fan. 13.5K AC, 6 gal. gas/electric hot water heater. 19" LCD TV, TV antenna, AM/FM/CD/DVD with interior and exterior speakers, solar charge port, black water flush. I have never smoked, thus the unit is non smoking. I had the raised axle kit installed for more ground clearance. Will come with a Classic Industries full weather cover for winter storage and a removable custom awning that covers the door and front window area – makes wet entry much more tenable in the rain! Used approx. 21 nights in 2 seasons.  All of the warranty repairs, little odd ball things that need to be tweaked have been taken care of. $13,995/obo. No, I do not need help selling this. Thanks, Mike 720.633.3705
