2015 Used Forest River ROCKWOOD MINI LITE 2109S Travel Trailer in Washington, WA. 2015 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2109S. Weighs only 3800lbs dry! Aluminum frame with vacuum bonded fiberglass sides. Rubber roof and roof seals are in great shape. Single slide out with a couch that folds out into a bed. Comes with a 2 year old ADCO cover with the Tyvek top (their top of the line cover). Have owned since February of 2016. It was previously Repoed before we bought it and the dealership does not think it was ever used. The trailer still had all of its stickers inside when we bought it and nothing was mounted. The fridge can run off of propane or battery, furnace and AC works great. The floors are in perfect condition as we always had a 5X7 rug on the floor. If you want, you can keep the rug as well. The mattress is an upgraded heated mattress, comes with controls. We also bought a memory foam mattress topper as well. We have used the trailer about 15 times since we bought it. Power awning with LED light strip underneath. Has a BBQ and table that mounts on to the side of the trailer that we have never used and is brand new. Has an outside shower. We still have the decorative pillows that came with the trailer along with the "Forest River" BBQ spactula. Tires are still in great shape.
