2015 Used Forest River SALEM 31QBTS Travel Trailer in Virginia, VA. 2015 Salem 31' QBTS travel trailer.  Sleeps 12.  Electric jacks and hitch.  3 slide-outs.  Stainless appliance package.  Queen bed is in the front of the trailer.  The living room counch lets down to a bed as well as the big dining room table.  The back room has 2 slide outs.  There is also an entertainment area in the back room with 3 bunks and a couch that makes into a bed.  A queen air mattress fits perfectly in the floor area with the slides out.  Tons of cabinets for storage inside.  The outside storage area is the entire width of the front of the camper.  There is no shortage of storage!  The camper was purchased and taken directly to a campground where it has been parked.  I purchased it brand new in 2015 and it has only been used approximatley 7 times.  I currently do no have tv's in the camper.  However, the living room tv area is on a swivel so it can be turned to the queen bedroom, saving the expense of needing to buy additional tv's if you want to have them.  There is a AM/FM/CD/DVD player in the living room entertainment center.  There are speakers outside as well that connect to eh radio inside.  The awning is electric and provides a great area of coverage.  The hot water heater and refrigerator are both electric and/or gas.  If the electric goes out they will convert over to gas without losing your hot water or items in the fridge.  The refrigerator holds a lot.  I kept food in there to feed over twelve people each day for five days with plenty of space.  The shower is roomy considering it's a camper.  The bathroom includes an electric fan and a skylight above the shower.  The mirror opens like a medicine cabinet in a house to store items. I pulled this with a GMC 1500 model truck with no issues.  The camper has electric brakes, so it makes traveling easier.  A sway bar is also included.  A 2inch ball is necessary in order to pull the camper.  If you want a new camper without the new camper price this is the one for you.
