2015 Used Forest River SUNSEEKER 3170DS Class C in Virginia, VA. Sunseeker 3170DS 2 Huge Slide-Outs one for Kitchen and Living-Room area and the other Slide-Out is in the Master Bedroom and Bunk-bed area. Lovingly cared for and immaculatly kept. Comfortably sleeps 8 but can sleep up to 10.  Just had all maintenance completed and RV fully serviced. 6KW Generator has 600hours on it. 30,000BTU Heat and 13,500 BTU A/C are in perfect condition. Full entertainment system with surround sound in Living-Room/Kitchen area for great moving watching on 40 inch LCD TV. We have spent many nights in our own private "movie theater" on the road with the kids. Another smaller TV in Bunk-bed area with seatbelts so kids can do their own thing while in-between destinations. Huge awning covers for out door entertaining rain or shine.  Just a great rig. My family has had a blast traveling and exploring together over the last two years. GVWR 14,500lbs. When you walk into the RV the kitchen area is straight ahead, fridge, oven and three burner stove are on propane.  Above the oven are microwave and exhaust vent.  Sink and fold up counter to the left under the sink there is a carbon monoxide and fire-detector.  Turning left leads you into the bunk area with a 20-inch LCD TV DVD/CD player and smaller stereo system for bunk-bed area.  TONS of storage EVERYWHERE. The bathroom is to your right with stand up shower/small tub, sink, toilet, and exhaust fan on the roof. The back is the master bedroom with two, beautiful, cherry larger hanging closets with built in drawers and plenty of storage cabinets above and below the queen bed as well as built in nightside tables with power outlets for charging. Walking back into kitchen the dining table becomes a double-bed and a leather couch that folds-out into a double bed. On top of the driver area you have queen bed loft with even more storage. The driver has power windows and door locks, rear view camera, bluetooth, hands-free mic for cell phone, GPS navigation, satilite XM radio, CD/DVD player, 8-inch touch-screen, 5 speed automatic transmission, cruise control. Blue Ox Vehicle Tow Bars convey as well as  accessories (heated house, regular hose, extension cord, power cables, cable tv cord). Just like driving a Ford Truck!  So easy and the best for care-free, get-a-way travel!! Have camped in all elements - had a blast every time - and have been cozy and comfortable rain, (light) snow or shine! Military moving, must sell.
