2015 Used Forest River WORK AND PLAY 28VFB Toy Hauler in California, CA. Used under 8 times for short weekend trips - practically like new.   We bought because it can hold a 4 seater razor, plus room for a motorcycle or two and/or a quad although we never used it for that much stuff - you can if you want to though.  Pulled with 1500 suburban.  Electrical drop down queen, plus a fold out king with room for additional queen blow up for a total of 2 queens and a king sleeping - plus room for sleeping bags up by the kitchen.  The bathroom is huge and my favorite part of the RV.  Lock your toys up overnight with a built in cable lock on the rear bumper.  Outdoor shower.  Large flat screen TV swivels 180 around so you can watch the game outside with the built in outdoor speakers or watch it inside from any area of the RV. Electrical awning in perfect shape.   A/C blows through individual vents throughout or from the main unit. Huge pull down screen over the back entrance opens up the entire RV space for a beautiful view minus the bugs.  

Price includes EZ Lift Weight Distro hitch ~$200 and 30' x 12' outdoor carpet $180, used twice, great for making your camping spot feel like home even if you are at the beach or in the desert. Rolls up and stores out of the way if you don't want to use it.
