We are the original owners and no smoking has been allowed in or near the RV. It has been well cared for and is in excellent condition. All Grand Designs are not created equal. The 2015's front-living models are extriely rare and hard to find for sale, and of those, our baby is special. Everyone else is just copying the Grand Design marketing spin to describe their RV. When we purchased the fifth wheel, our unit had a lot of the extra options, plus, we have added and changed a LOT.
