2015 Used Jayco PINNACLE 38FLSA Fifth Wheel in California, CA. This is a great trailer for a snowbird or  newlyweds who just want to travel, however this trailer can sleep a total of six. The two hide-a-bed couches in the living room both fold out and meet eachother making one giant comfortable bed. The two lazyboy chairs do recline with foot rests to relax and watch a movie on a HD 54" smart TV with a Jenson surround sound/DVD player for entertainment. With speaker outside of the trailer as well. This trailer has a 12 gal water heater that is both gas and electric. When hooked up to a 50 amp service the only things that will take gas are the heating if the electric heater can't keep up and the stove/oven. The furnace heats the floor through the whole trailer and then vents up into all the rooms. Has two low-profile AC units, one in the bedroom and the other is ducted through the roof with vents you can change the direction of airflow. The shower has a seat inside as well as a nice sturdy hand rail. Plenty of storage inside the trailer and under in the storage ben. King size memoryfoam bed. Had washer and dryer together (it is vented so your loads will take less time to dry). Also has an outdoor shower that has never been used. As well as mounts for an outdoor BBQ which has never been set up. There is no peeling or fading of the graphics. No bubbles or squeaky floors. Remote for slides and awnings. Awning is electric with auto leveling system with a total of six jacks. Brand new 14 ply upgraded tires from a 10 ply.
