Hookups (including cable) are simple and 'through the floor' so storage doors remain shut. Also has outside water for easy clean up.When dry camping, no need to exit your home! Everything is self contained. Electronic self-levelers, Cummins generator, hot water, A/C and heating accessed from inside. Windows feature privacy screens along with blinds for privacy and light flow. Windshield screen and blind are motorized. Electric front seats that swivel for that 'at home' feel when parked. 
Taken on one long trip and several smaller ones. All the kinks are worked out. Everything is in perfect working order.  This clean unit has been well cared for. No rips or stains on fabric. No smoking and no pets!
