Description

2015 Used Jayco SENECA 37HJ Class C in Texas, TX. This rig is the boondockers dream!  Brand new 330 total watt (expandable) in-series solar panel setup, panels adjustable to 180º port-starboard.  MPPT solar controller with remote monitor.  Six coach batteries (2 105ah AGM batteries added to the 4 wet) plus 2 chassis batteries.  1800watt sinewave inverter (will power espresso machine, microwave, vacuum, etc.).  Have been able to make 2 coffees every morning plus regular light and heater fan use.  These panels are US made and really perform well (see photos below), can easily expand but doubt you need too especially with the auto-start generator.  Genset is 66 amp ONAN 8000 and will power everything including your 2 rv buddies next to you.  With auto start set up correctly you will never ruin the batteries, extremely conservative on fuel as well, uses about 1/2 gal an hour and no more than 1 gallon peak load (rare).  Just upgraded the grey tank storage to 60 useable gallons with a boondocker bypass valve setup.  The 40 gal (more like 30 useable) was leaking so I re-designed and installed a larger tank.  You can now let grey water run right out without using tank and share the grey and black tank for a total of 95 gallons if desired.  We have gone 2 weeks on just 35 black, so very rare but useful setup for those long booncamps or if you want to stay in a park w/out hookups an extra night or two you can share both for 95 gal of grey/black.  Also, installed a macerator pump for ease of dumping tanks just about anywhere you can find a septic cleanout or need to reach a farther dump station (up to 150' and uphill).  Tires covered when not in use and look new, well maintained interior and exterior.  Motor, genset and chassis have been very well maintained and always on-time or early with the service changes.  Recently replaced genset waterpump, fuel pumps and airfilter as well as oil filter/change.  Custom built hardwood dining table, and dresser drawers for more storage below washer/dryer.  Also included is Splendid 2100xc washer/dryer (have tried many others, and it’s the best by far).  Uses 7 gal on express and does a great job of drying and washing.  Also, I added more insulation with the storage tanks and elbow heaters for winter use.  Best rig we've owned by far, we full-timed in 5th wheel prior and finished our last 6 months in the Seneca.  Since we moved back into our house we want something smaller and that can go further off-road.  This truly is a full-time/boondockers dream rv and we hope it goes to a good home, but we are also not in a rush to sell.
