2015 Used Leisure Travel UNITY U24CB Class B in California, CA. This coach offers superior build quality and excellent condition. The front driver and passenger seats swivel for added seating when parked. There is a slide-out, u-shaped booth dinette with seat belts for safety when moving down the road. The booth can quickly be converted to a bed (Leisure Travel says it will sleep two, but probably only one adult).
Opposite the slide out you will find the side entry door, and the galley with Corian counter, single sink, two-burner range top and lots of storage, including large, pullout pantry. Across from the pantry is a 6.7 cu ft. refrigerator and convection microwave.
The rear left corner offers a full-size bed with reading lights and overhead storage. There is also a swing-arm TV that can be viewed in the main living space as well as the bedroom area.
The rear right hand corner houses the bathroom with enclosed shower, toilet, sink, storage and sliding door.
This van offers an amazing amount of storage space both in and out. Also included: Water filter, on-demand hot water, DISH satellite dish, awning, custom RV cover, aluminum wheels, wheel covers, HD antenna, LCD TV, AM-FM/CD stereo, DVD player, surge protector, solar panel, propane generator, rain sensor fan/vents, macerator, hitch, Low Profile 15,000 BTU Ducted A/C w/ Heat Pump. The van is manufactured in Canada by Mennonites. Meticulously maintained. We are selling because we discovered belatedly that camping is not for us, despite the joy and ease of driving this RV and the very comfortable accommodations. No pets and non-smoking. Transferable extended warranty with more than 3 years left.
