This rig is in perfect condition other than a small piece of wood on the inside of the RV. It is so unnoticeable that I have not replaced. Would be happy to replace if you so chose depending on the cost. I am selling this because we dry camp a lot and I want to replace it with a toy hauler for our golf cart and four wheeler. There is nothing wrong, at all, with this camper. We have slept 4 adults and 6 kids at one time. I know it is a little much, but we had a fun time doing it. We added a pillowtop king mattress in the master bedroom and it has been used probably 3 times. The camper is kept up and stays plugged in beside my house. When not in use, the air conditioner is set to 80 and the heater is set to 65. There have been no pets and the RV smells like our home. It is a great grab for someone and I will stand behind it.Â
