2015 Used Open Range LIGHT 308BHS Travel Trailer in Alabama, AL. Selling our excellent condition 2015 Open Range Light LT308BHS bunkhouse RV travel trailer. Bought it new Apr 2016. Trailer is in excellent condition. Like everything it does have a few minor scratches on exterior and couple marks on doors inside. Otherwise looks and works like new. No smokers. All systems work. Trailer is stored at RV Park, Calvert, AL. Has about 200 miles on tires. Trailer is 36' 10" and has a 34' box. Empty weight is 8510 and GVW of 9995. I towed it with F150 with tow package (included with Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution w Sway Control - Trunnion Bar and adjustable ball mount) with no issues. This RV is the Light weight model with 3 slides, Aluminum frame with Fiberglass/gel coat exterior and is ideal for weekend getaways and extended vacations, and are even perfectly adaptable for full-timing. . Outside trailer has electric leveling jack front center and front/rear crank down levelers with strong arms attached. Water/Cable/Power is at the rear of the trailer. Four Seasons Protection Package, 3 ceiling vents and 2 sky lights. Power Patio Awning with LED lighting. Key outside feature is the Party Room Package with propane burners, fridge, sink, microwave, storage, stereo speakers and TV hookup. Trailer has 50 gal fresh water tanks, 31 gal black with back flush and two 31 gal grey tanks. Once inside you will find a large U-shape lounge, which also folds out to a queen size bed. Living room has two small tables that secure to the floor. This U lounge is unique to Open Range and offers lots of space for entire family to sit and relax while watching a movie on the 32" HD LCD TV. Below the TV is a AM/FM/CD/DVD w/Bluetooth unit with sound bar and lots of storage. Kitchen features a large island with lots of drawers and cabinets. Opposite side hosts an 8cu ft two door gas/elec fridge more cabinets and a 3 burner stove and oven, microwave and hood. At the end of the kitchen is a large pantry which easily holds a weeks' worth of groceries. Front bedroom features a full queen bed with shirt closets on each side. Bed lifts to expose a large storage area with sliding tray. TV mount to support up to a 32" TV in this room. Room features a solid entry door and a pocket door that enters the bathroom. Bathroom features porcelain toilet, large linen closet and a triangle shaped glass enclosed shower. Bathroom sink cabinet hides the 6 gal Elec/Gas DSI water heater. Bunkroom features a solid door with 3 bunks and jack knife sofa that fold out for a total of four beds. One bunk is 38"x75", two are 30"x75" and the jack knife makes little bigger than twin bed. TV mount supports 32" TV. Large wardrobe and four drawers to hold plenty of clothes. Trailer equipped with two ducted A/C units with the main unit a 15k and the front a 13.5k.
