Description

2015 Used Pacific Coachworks POWERLITE Toy Hauler in Colorado, CO. 2015 Pacific Coachworks Powerlite 19 EX Travel Trailer Toy Hauler for sale by original owners.
We purchased it in June of 2015. At the time, we had a gas half-ton GMC pickup (see picture). Since then, we have purchased a diesel one-ton pickup and, once we sell this unit, we are going to buy a larger unit (reason for sale). This unit is very clean and well maintained.
Specifications:
Exterior length: 26 feet and 1 inch
Interior length: 22 feet with almost 14 feet of cargo area; as you can see from the pictures, we hauled our Honda Pioneer 700-4 side-by-side inside with room to spare.
Exterior width: 8 feet and 6 inches
Interior width: Approximately 7 feet 10 inches
Interior Height: 7 feet 10 inches
Exterior height (top of AC): Approximately 11 feet 2 inches
Hitch Weight: Approximately 675 lbs. with generator; Trekker distribution and anti-sway hitch will be included in the sale
Dry Weight / UVW: 5105 lbs. (Can be pulled by many half ton trucks as we did with ours)
GVWR / Gross Vehicle Weight Rating: 9990 lbs.
Cargo Weight: 2520 lbs.
Fresh Water Capacity: 50 gals
Grey Water Capacity: 40 gals
Black Water Capacity: 40 gals
Furnace: Used a few times. Works very well and rapidly heats up the trailer.
A/C: Rarely used as we mostly camp at high altitudes; works well however.

Sleeps 6
Clean title in hand
Trailer build, description & features:
2×3 inch floor joists, 5/8 inch T&G decking, 6 inch powder coated I-beam chassis, 1-piece rubber roof, grade 2 kiln dried spruce pine fur wood framing, heavy duty axles w/electric brakes and ez lube hubs, diamond plate rock guard, mortis and tenon cabinet doors w/shock assists, cable & satellite hook ups, TV antenna, heavy gauge smooth front metal wrap, 3 rows of 1,200 lb. cap tie downs, dual fold down steel sofas w/pedestal tables, rear electric 60×80 bed w/storage and skylight, self-contained with 12v exhaust fan and skylight over tub. Nearly all of our camping has been in remote sites, therefore I added a 4KW generator (4 hrs), two 12v batteries vs. the standard being one, and a large solar panel at the time of purchase.
It has overhead cabinets, a double sink, a three-burner range with oven, overhead microwave and a large refrigerator. A front corner queen bed includes overhead cabinets at the head of the bed and a wardrobe over one corner of the foot of the bed. The opposite front corner provides a full bath with storage, a tub/shower, a toilet and a corner vanity sink. Winterizing is easy via a bi-pass pump. Tires are good with less than 7,000 miles on them. Awning is approximately 15 feet.
