I bought this rig new 2 years ago. I pull it with my standard bed Chevy 2500 (I can sell you the 18k Reese slider hitch along with it if you need one for an extra $500). The garage area is 10' deep with a washer/dryer. The layout allows you to access the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom all without extending the slides. It levels itself automatically, and is equipped with cost saving efficiencies such as LED lighting, smart switch appliances, zoned heating/cooling, and Bluetooth. It also is equipped to be used year round with its extreme weather thermal package: heated underbelly and an R53 insulation factor keep you toasty, and I've added spray foam in any areas I thought it needed it. All this and it weighs in under 12,000lbs! 

I've maintained the rig meticulously, so you'll be very happy with the state of things. When we were shopping for this rig, we decided not to buy used because we didn't know how folks would maintain their rigs and wondered if there were going to be maintenance issues, hidden damage, or problems not mentioned during the sale. We thought the price was worth the piece of mind because we were first timers and couldn't have possibly asked all the right questions. When you buy new, you know everything's perfect, and if it isn't, it's covered under warranty at lease for a while. However, we didn't calculate the $12,000 it would take to properly equip the rig with basic necessities and creature comforts. So not only did we buy new and pay 30% more just for piece of mind, but we had to drop another 12k on it within the first year just to have the things we needed. That being said, if you buy this rig from us, you'll be getting the rig for half what we paid for it as well as a 6 year warranty and all the upgrades and creature comforts you could possibly pack in. I had a crack in the frame that I repaired pretty easily, but the title will be rebuilt or salvaged because of that, but it's more solid than when I first got it after the repair.
