2016 Used Coachmen BROOKSTONE 395RL Fifth Wheel in Texas, TX. Very clean 5th wheel trailer for Sale! We purchased this unit new from FunTown RV in Waco, TX on 10/09/2015 but now moving up to a motorhome -- Clean title in hand -- No accidents -- Nothing missing or broken -- Well maintained -- Stored under cover -- Just inspected 3/27/17
It has taken one trip to DisneyWorld; one trip to Destin; and four short trips around Waco (less than 2 hrs away)
We had a Winegard Trav'ler HD dish satellite installed when we purchased the unit which is optional to the buyer. We will use it on our motorhome if you don't want it.
This unit has plenty of room for people and storage! The couch folds out; the side room has a jack-knife couch with a single bunk above; there is a large loft for two in the hallway; and of course the master bedroom with a queen bed which is very comfortable. Comes with three TV's any of which are removable and can be placed in the exterior wall mount for outdoor viewing. Nice electric awning, Outdoor refrigerator & sink, and large easy to access storage bays make outdoor entertainment very nice and convenient.
Inside boasts a large master closet with plenty of storage in the vanity cabinet along with hook-ups for an optional washer and dryer. Large 4-dr refrigerator runs on electric or propane with automatic switching. Day and night MCD shades on all windows. Power vent in bathroom with large walk-in shower.
All fiberglass exterior with TPO roof. Two A/C units
