Stock models come with 1 propane tank. This trailer comes with two propane tanks. One tank is connected to heater, water heater and gas stove. Second tank is connected to your little buddy heater. When camping in warm climate, just switch out hoses on tanks and you get double gas without breaking the bank installing automatic gas switch.

This trailer has been outfitted with 200 watts of renogy solar panels. At peak sun it generates 19 amp hours. Solar charge controller keeps your batteries topped off and with installed 1000w inverter you can charge your gadgets, power a laptop and even brew coffee. You can run most outlets on sun alone except for microwave and air conditioning by plugging 30 amp plug into the inverter.

This trailer is pet ready. A large cat door has been installed for a 22 lbs cat. Tucked under one of bunk beds is a vented enclosure. Enclosure is connected to a marine style air vent system. Flip the switch and it goes. Connect a 12v timer and it will come on and off venting anything.

For all of your kayaking needs, I have a custom kayak rack designed by myself to hold 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards. It has previously served as kayak rack on back of my truck for 10+ years so shows age but has a lot of character. I absolutely adore this contraption.

Table has been modified to physically anchor into the floor. Pop it out of the socket and you can move table outside or use it to convert to a bed.

This is an expensive upgrade that has already been done and one of the best you can do to your rv. Normally these are installed in place of existing air vents. Smaller trailers have no cabin vents so I installed it with love and care. Can’t go wrong with a fantastic fan.

Weak and dull orange porch light has been permanently removed and replaced with a proper LED light bar system that will allow you to play board games practically in daylight.  Original porch light fixture has been re-wired to turn LED bar on and off.

For improved visibility, some reflective tape was applied to back of trailer.
