Brand new Bunk House, never used Crossroads Rezerve 31BH fifth wheel.  400 watt Renogy solar panel set up with Morning Star Tristar 60 amp charge controller, 280 amp hour battery bank, pre-wired solar combiner box for plug-and-play addition of panels, Nature's Head composting toilet (no more dumping!!), Xantrex 2000 watt inverter for 120 V appliances (with remote switch; needs to be installed), Automatic transfer switch for solar use or shore power use, Victron real-time battery moniter, upgraded bathroom sink and vanity from IKEA, LED lighting through out, remote controlled ceiling fan (rare!), 20,000 BTU Mr. Heater vent free Blue Flame heater integrated into propane line, dual canister water filtration system with sediment, biological and heavy metal filters (NEVER USED still in box).We bought this fifth wheel to use as a tiny house but our plans changed and we no longer need it.This rig has NEVER BEEN USED!  It went straight from the dealer (Camping World) to RV storage.  The mileage on it is only from dealer to storage.  The mattress still has the original plastic on it!  I spent about 6 months adding solar panels, larger battery bank, composting toilet, automatic transfer switch, 2000 watt inverter, real-time (and much better!!!!) battery bank monitor to make this thing FULLY OFF-GRID.  All one needs to do is add water.  The fresh water and black water tanks have never even been filled!
