Our beautiful 2016 270BH Travel Trailer is an Ultralight trailer weighing 5,700 lbs and has a weight distribution hitch system as well as power jack. She sleeps between 8-10 people depending on whether they are kids or adults. It's got a big DOUBLE size bunk house in the back as well as a full size queen bed that can be closed off from the rest of the trailer in the front. There is a leather couch that folds out into another double bed and the kitchen dinette also converts into a double. The trailer has top of the line finishes and a massive indoor living space. It's got a full kitchen outside, that includes a stove top, BBQ grill, fridge and sink, so you can really live the outdoor life! It also has two doors, one front entry and one rear entry, as well as an outdoor shower. It has cable hook ups inside and out so you can bring the tv outside for entertainment. It has surround sound and hooks up to any iPad or wifi device and has a beautiful awning that also has led lights. This trailer can be brought to any place with snow as it has an arctic package and the undercarriage is completely closed in. The trailer has been permaplated with lifetime warranty on the inside and outside. We also purchased an extended 5 year warranty that is transferable when sold. Our loan is held with Bank of The west, who also have the sink slip. The trailer is in perfect condition and was purchased at Family RV in Pomona just over a year ago for $39000. We LOVE this trailer but unfortunately we thought we would be moving to a house that had space to park an RV but it did not work out.
