2016 Used Dutchmen VOLTAGE 3970 Fifth Wheel in Texas, TX. I LOVE this 5th wheel. It has been an amazing home to me over the past year while I traveled around for work. Now I'm settling into Austin TX and I want to get into a home and put down some roots, so it’s time to sell my rig.
I'm a clean, single guy with no pets and no smoking. I'm very technically and mechanically inclined, so I've taken spotless care of this coach. The interior is the black Raven Interior package. The only modification I've made was to add extra AC outputs in the main cabin as well as an additional AC intake. This coach stays super cool through the hot Austin summers with 3 full size AC units. The insulation is good so it stays toasty in the winter too. I’ve always flushed the sediment out of the water heater and have always used a water softener (included) to keep the hard water away. I’ve always had a surge protector on the coach to keep the electrical systems protected. Everything on the rig is fully functional. I’ve never had any problems with any of the systems at all.
I purchased a six year, maximum coverage extended warranty that started on 10/24/2017. It cost me $3500 and is fully transferrable if you pay my full asking price. Getting an extended warranty now that it’s out of the manufacturer warranty is a lot more expensive and you have to get inspections, so this has got you covered!
