2016 Used Forest River BERKSHIRE XL 40BH Class A in Texas, TX. What a steal! This gorgeous Class A home on wheels is immaculate! It has always been kept in a climate controlled indoor storage facility. Unfortunately, we have not been able to use it as much as we would've liked so we've decided that it's time to part with it so another family can enjoy it as much as we did.
The motorhome has a diesel engine and less than 8k miles. It is equipped with front, rear, & side cameras that can be displayed on the head unit. It has satellite radio and aux in plugs along with the usual AM/FM tuner. The captains chairs are extremely comfortable and great for long road trips. The passenger chair even has an electric recliner. The auto leveling jacks make setting up the RV at camp a breeze! Once parked at camp, the motorhome has 4 large slideout that expands the interior space tremendously!
The living area is large enough for small gatherings and has plenty of seating options. There is a love seat, a large wrap around jack knife couch, & a dinette booth. The captains chairs rotate around to provide even more seating in the living room.  When extra sleep space is needed, the dinette & large couch fold down into beds. Or, the floor area is large enough for 2 queen size air mattresses to fit!! The living area has 2 TV's. One is at the front of the bus and the bigger one is in the prime location next to the large couch. Entertainment consists of the TV's, DVD player, satellite TV, & an excellent yamaha speaker with bluetooth connections. Under the TV is a fireplace that can either be decoration only or can be turned on to be an electric heater. This really adds to the comfortable feel of home.
The kitchen area is equipped with a 4 burner stove, a convection oven/microwave combination, a large double sink, and an enormous refrigerator that has a built in ice maker and dispenser in the door.
Next you come to the 2 twin bunk beds. The kids and adults alike all love these beds. Each bed has it's own screen and DVD player. There are curtains for privacy or the wooden doors can be completely closed off for the bunks. When not using the bunks, they can be folded for a second closet.
The master bedroom has a super comfy queen bed, a full sliding closet, a large dresser, a TV, lots of storage and even a washer and dryer!!
Outside is not lacking either. All slideouts have awnings. There's an electric awning over the door and over the entertainment center. That includes a TV, radio, & aux input. The big awning has a strip of LED lights. There is an outdoor shower and tons of storage compartments.
The 8000 watt generator works wonderfully when electricity is not available. The 2 air conditioners are incredible and get the RV as cold as you like it, even in the summer heat!
