2016 Used Forest River FR3 30DS Class A in Michigan, MI. We're selling our motorhome that we bought brand new in November of 2015 with the motorhome being a 2016 model year. It was only used for spring, summer and fall of 2016 and unfortunately we have decided to sell it. It is a great motorhome and we love it but we just can't get the use out of it that we were hoping to with our work schedules.

Since purchasing we had a 3 speed/reversible bathroom fan installed, a smoked Maxxair vent cover installed over both the bedroom and living room vents, it includes tire/wheel covers, and a top of the line Carver RV cover that is rated for all six climate zones. About $1,200 worth of accessories added after the purchase.

The motorhome was always washed before or after a trip and sometimes both. The inside was always vacuumed and cleaned before and after trips while also wiping down the table, counter tops and cleaning the bathroom. It has never been smoked in and it was very well taken care of like a second home. It has always been covered for storage so it has not been exposed to snow or the sun while it sits. The generator is started once a month to keep it in good running order.

The 80 gallon fuel tank is full (about $170) and the propane tanks is about 2/3 full which is included with the sale.

The oil and filter were changed last fall before storage. Used Mobil 1 oil and a Ford Motorcraft filter.

This is a very comfortable motorhome inside and out that is easy to drive and rides great. We loved the time we spent in it but at this point we can't use it as much as we'd like to justify the cost. Feel free to call me with any questions you have.
