2016 Used Forest River GEORGETOWN 369DS Class A in California, CA. PRIVATE PARTY SELLER. BEST layout. I am a neat-and-clean freak so interior has been well cared for and looks new. The living room separates the kitchen from the 1/2 bath, preferable for cleanliness reasons (bathroom is NOT next to the kitchen). Bedroom has KING bed with tons of storage and a big 32" TV. Windows on each side of the bed for cool fresh night air. Large rear bathroom DOUBLE vanity sinks and shower skylight. 2 bathrooms so double the usual size in terms of tank capacity. BONUS: comes with a Splendide 201XC washer/dryer. Full sized refrigerator, black LG solid surface counters, black glass tile backsplash, double stainless steel sink. 3 burners on the stove plus a roomy oven. Microwave is full sized. Exterior propane hookup for a portable BBQ. The large electric awning. Outdoor HUGE TV with BIG SPEAKERS. L shaped couch that allows for seating 4 comfortably with leg rest extensions, or 2 fully lounging, while directly facing the big TV (great picture!) and fireplace (no straining the neck sideways to see the TV like most RV's!) Electric fireplace can be used for just ambiance (no heat) or with heat. Includes the arctic package. Large bunk over cab. Couch transitions to single bed, kitchen booth for a smaller child. Sound system is excellent! DVD player for the living room TV and the radio has Sirius XM capability. I've hooked up a Chromecast and an Amazon Firestick to the living room TV, and will throw those in as part of the bargain. We had such a good time in this RV and it truly is wonderful. I am sad to part with it but this adventure is over and it is time to find it a new adventure-seeker owner. :) Motivated to sell!Â
