The front bedroom offers a queen size bed with storage at the he end and on both lower sides plus a wardrobe including night stands on either side. The living room area has a 15000 BTU AC along with an additional 15000 BTU AC in the bedroom. Outdoor kitchen in the rear with a swing out gas grill, sink and mini fridge plus ample storage in front of trailer. The towing hitch and stabilization bars are included. Propane tanks (2) located on the front with cover. All four leveling Jack's, slide and patio awning are electric and controlled with remote including electric Jack that makes  set up a breeze!
